We got to go on a real live train. Aunt Brie had called mom before we moved to California and told us about it. It was so much fun drinking hot chocolate and getting to see Santa again.
Libby was not to sure about this guy they call Santa.
Mommy's little boy is going to kindergarten. When I was in Florida I was in Pre-K and with the move I got bumped up into Kindergarten. Mommy was nervous for me but I can do anything...I am a big boy!
This year for Thanksgiving Nee Nee sent Libby a cute outfit so Mommy had to do a photo shoot with her. Mommy thinks she is the cutest, little girl ever! She also thinks we are the most handsome boys ever too! After the photo shoot we went to Uncle Hy, Aunt Brie and Claire's house for dinner...yummy food!
We made a thankful tree for FHE the Monday before Thanksgiving and everyone got to come up with what they were thankful for...the first thing I said was that I was thankful that my cousin, John, was baptized. Elijah said he was thankful for Batman pjs and clothes.
Mommy is so glad we were able to go to John's baptism because she knows it left a lasting impression!
I made new friends right away in my neighborhood. There are tons of boys right around my age and we spend all day playing outside together. Every thing from Star Wars to riding bikes to climbing trees...I love our new house.
Mommy and Daddy knew they would have to get something for Daddy to drive to work. Luckily he is less than a mile to work so Mommy said it was ok for Daddy to get a motorcycle. I have such a cool dad!
When we first moved to California Aunt Brie gave us a gift basket with tons of yummy goodies. One of them is a box of letter cookies. This is what Elijah spells...of course he did!
When we were moving Mom told us that if we gave up most of our toys she would give us money when we got to California and we could buy some new toys. This is what I bought with half of the money...a big polar bear!
We even gave him a blanket and let him watch TV with us.
Elijah really needed a new carseat so Mom and Dad splurged and got him a Batman carseat. He was in heaven and had to go and dress like him to sit in the seat.
Since we were going to be in California during Christmas Nee Nee and Pops decided we should have Christmas with them early. So we decorated the tree....with bat rings and toys and ornaments.
We even got to decorate gingerbread houses...one of our favorite things to do at Nee Nee and Pops' house.
We even did poppers! Mommy says it is going to be a new family tradition.
