Christmas in Tifton

Christmas morning ...I got some cool toys! I have

to say my favorite gift was the tool set from Nana.

We got to do some fun things at Nee Nee

and Pops' house. We made gingerbread

men, roasted marshmallows and Pops even

got us a bouncy house for the backyard. It

was a hit! I loved going down the slide of the

bouncy house!

This year mom was going to send

out Christmas cards but never

got around to it. Here it the picture

Family Pics Christmas 2009

The Sunday after Christmas we took family

pictures in front of Nee Nee and Pops house.

As you can tell....it is hard to get the grandkids

and the adults to focus on the camera!

Aunt Shelley has a better group shot but this

was the best mom could get off her camera.

Eating corn on the cob for the first time

I got to eat corn for the first time

and I loved it. I couldn't eat if fast

enough. I tried to eat sideways but

Daddy showed me how to hold it with

two hands.

Elliott and Elaina -- best buds

Elliott and Elaina get to play together a couple

of times a week. Mommy thinks it is so much fun

seeing us play together. We laugh at each other

and chase each other around. Today Mommy

was watching both of us and turned her back for

a minute and we were both sitting in my chair

watching TV together. We love each other so much!

Elliott's one year check-up

On Tuesday I went to the doctor. It was not fun!

The doctor took FOREVER! Mom was bored so

she started taking pictures of me. Dad thought he

would try to take a nap. No way... not with me

running around!

I had to have 5 SHOTS! Mommy said that it was

a really sad cry that she had never heard before.

I weighed 29 lbs. 9 oz. so I am in the 96th percentile.

I am 33 1/2 inches tall so I am in the 97th percentile

for height. Last but not least....48.3 cm for my head!

That is 80th percentile so my head looks big but it is

just hair. Mommy needs to cut it badly!!

More pictures of Halloween Weekend

Pops' Jazz Band had to play at a festival in

Ocilla. We went to watch it. Afterwards,

Pops took me on some rides. First, the train

ride. As you can tell I was shocked that

they gave me a lollipop and didn't want

to let go of it. Next, the pony ride. That's

right! I got to ride my first pony. I loved it!

Back at Nee Nee and Pops house the neighborhood

had hay bails in everyone's yard. The kids of the

neighborhood got to decorate them. Pops and I

were outside playing on the hay bail when Pops wanted

me to take a picture. That's when I decided I was over

it!

Happy Halloween!

For Halloween this year I was a bumblebee!

We went to Nee Nee and Pops house and they

had real flowers so Mommy gave me one.

I was trying to get Mommy to smell

the flower!

late and no nap all day!

Daddy loves Mommy a whole lot!

Mommy and Daddy will be celebrating their

2nd year anniversary tomorrow! Daddy had

to give Mommy her present early. Daddy gave

Mommy paper made into puzzle pieces. By the

end of the day she had them all and this is what

it turned out to be....That's right! Daddy got

Mommy tickets to the So You Think You Can

Dance Tour Concert last night at the civic center.

She got to take Aunt April and Mommy was so

happy that she started crying before the first dance

even started and didn't stop until the show was over!

Mommy is so glad she has Daddy.... and me, of course!

Elliott and Daddy's tools

I love helping Daddy do projects. The screwdriver

is my favorite toy!

I even know what to do with it. I work really

hard and stick my tongue out to make it work!

Here I am working hard in my matching outfit!

The reason for the brown shirt and halloween pants

is this.... Nee Nee and Pops bought me halloween

pajamas... the problem....the shirt is glow-in-the-dark!

I couldn't fall asleep because it was glowing so much.

Finally, Mommy got smart and took it off!

Chuuus or Cheese ...Which ever way you would like to say it?

I have come to love the camera. When Mommy

takes pictures I will now smile at the camera and

say "chuuus!" Mommy thinks I am the cutest

baby ever!

Daddy's Birthday

Nee Nee made Daddy a pineapple upside down

cake. He loved it! As you can tell from the

candles....32 this year!

I can't tell who is more excited about the cake....

ME or DADDY!

Trip to West Virginia

This is the first time I got to eat a ice cream

cone! Cousin Gideon was helping me eat it!

Here are my cousins from West Virginia. The

baby, Amos, is missing, but everyone else is

enjoying their ice cream. Aunt Bekah is in the

background... I love her so much!

I tried to take a picture with

Grandma, but I was too busy with

my ice cream cone. I am so glad

I got to see her.

Breakfast at the Gruel's house

was entertaining. There was

never a morning that I didn't have

someone playing games with me

or feeding me breakfast. I love

my cousins!

This is what happens at the end of EVERY meal!

I love to run my dirty fingers through my hair

when I am finished. People think I have gel in

my hair...nope... just food!

Our Little Farmer

So Mommy made me go get

1st year pictures. I hate to say

it but this is the only one where

my bum is not showing. When

you got it.... flaunt it!

My 1st Birthday Party "Down on the Farm"

My family loves me and gave me the best

party ever! I had my own cake and I got

to eat it all by myself. Pictures of those will

be coming later from Uncle Waddy.

Aunt Itsy gave me the best present ever. She

made me my own recliner. I love it!

One of my other favorite gifts

was the vacuum cleaner from

Nee Nee and Pops. I use it

daily to help Mommy out.

After a long day of presents and eating I was

pooped!!! Thanks for a great day everyone!

I also rode the carousel for the first time and

got in Aunt Kristi's cupboards. John and Mommy

rode the spinning ride on the carousel and John

spun her around fast.
