Elijah's last day of nursery

Elijah had his last day of nursery and he wasn't excited about going to primary because he loved it so much.  The nursery in California did everything from play dough to parachutes...it was tons of fun for him. Mommy can't believe he is old enough to go to primary...where has the time gone.

Baby girl in her Christmas outfit

Nee Nee and Pops got me a cute outfit to wear to church.
She was so cute but she wouldn't sit still for Mom!

After Baby Lydia was born

After we got to see Baby Lydia in the hospital we went to dinner with Claire and Uncle Hy.  We went to the coolest place where the kids get to make their own pizzas and then they cook them for you so you can eat them.

Thanksgiving cupcakes

Mom let us make turkey cupcakes with all of the neighborhood kids.  It was tons of fun and we got frosting and sprinkles everywhere!

I even got a little on my face.

Libby was not happy that she could only sit in the doorway and watch everyone else make such yummy treats.

This is what they were supposed to look like.

Six Flags Season Passes

We got season passes to Six Flags and went for the first time during Christmas.  We had tons of fun and we took Claire with us the first time because Aunt Brie was going to have a baby today!

Christmas morning

I got some many cool things for Christmas.  The two most important things
that I asked Santa for were Ninja Turtle drum set and the Octonauts house.   I got both!

Elijah wanted anything Batman.
He specifically asked for a Batman sword and he got it!

Libby loved all of her toys.

Elijah is wearing his new pjs he got last night from Mom
and Dad...Batman... and playing with a Batman too!

I got Ninja Turtle pjs and bed head.

I was so excited about a new light saber.
All of my friends in the neighborhood play Star Wars
and I only had one light saber.

Elijah with his Batman sword.

Me with my Octonaut playset.

Our stockings (or socks as Elijah calls it)
were full of oranges, nuts, chocolate and money!

Libby loved her toys but this was one of her favorites.
She learned how to put the money in the slot.

Nee Nee and Pops got Elijah a new Batman
costume with muscles...he was so happy!

Halfway through the day Elijah changed his pants and he
kept falling down.  No one noticed at first but after about
5 times falling we realized he had both legs in one hole.  Oh Elijah!

We even made a Happy Birthday cake for Jesus!

Libby favorite gift of all was the doll Nee Nee and Pops sent her.
She picked it up right away and was giving it hugs and kisses.

Christmas Eve...decorating cookies for Santa

I decorated cookies for Santa and Libby enjoyed watching it.
I think she just wanted some cookies.

If you can't tell...I may have had a little frosting.

I wrote my own note to Santa and he wrote me a note back!

Christmas at the Oakland Temple

We went to the Oakland Temple to see the lights and the live nativity.
Mom also decided to take a couple of Christmas pictures too.

The live nativity was amazing.  It only lasted about 10 minutes
then they would take a 5 minute break and they would do it again.
We wanted to watch it over and over.

Someone wasn't too excited about taking pictures
under the tree with ornaments of all the temples.

Mommy loves this picture so much!  Libby is so cute!

Decorating for Christmas

We decorated the tree but my favorite thing was putting up the manger scenes.  Daddy had his from when he was a little boy and Mommy has the one she got when they were first married.

Meeting with Santa

We got to sit on Santa's lap a ton!  He was in restaurants with us and at the mall.  One of the Santa's was handing out M&Ms and Lego packets...it was really cool.

Snow in California

Where we live there isn't much snow and we heard that there was going to be snow in a shopping center so we knew we must go.  When we got there there was a snow machine (bubble machine) there for all the kids to play in...Mom thought is was lame but at least we enjoyed it.
