Mommy and Daddy's Fifth Anniversary

Mommy and Daddy went to St. Augustine for their 5th anniversary for a couple of days.  They had so much fun being the tourists in St. Augustine.  They went on a trolley that would drop you off and pick you up at tons of sites.  One of the sites that they really enjoyed was the chocolate factory tour.  They tried different chocolates and learned how it is was made.  Mommy had to get pictures of Dad in his hair net.  It is quality pictures.

Hair net photo shoot

Daddy got a treat from the chocolate factory....Dark chocolate covered blueberries.  Mommy thought they wouldn't taste that great but they were delicious!

One busy Sunday

This Sunday was a big one.  Not only was it my first Primary program but I also gave my first talk in Primary.  I didn't sing during the program (even though I knew every word to every song), but I did say my part.."Jesus wants me to be kind and obedient."

My talk was on how the blessings of the priesthood are available to all.  I showed pictures and talked about all the different ways people can have blessings from the priesthood...blessings, sacrament, baptism, confirmation, and temple marriage.  I did so good...I wasn't shy at all and said every word of my talk.  Mommy, Daddy, Nee Nee, Pops, Aunt April, Aunt Itsy, and Uncle Danny were there to listen to me and they were so proud of me.

Dad trying to find glasses

While Dad was looking for glasses we looked for some too.

Pumpkin Patch

We picked out our pumpkins to decorate.

Saying cheese...Elijah wasn't really sure about putting his head in the hole.

Elijah got the idea at the second spot but he was too short so I did the turtle.  If you look down below you can see my hands.  I am always willing to help out my brother.

I got my turn being a scarecrow too.

Mickey Mouse scarecrow was also there. Mom thought it was a little freaky.

Elijah spent the majority of his time counting the pumpkins.  He can only count to ten so he would just start over.

Elijah loves nothing more than.....ghosts...ohhhh!

Havana Pumpkin Festival

We went to the Havana Pumpkin Festival.  It was fun but a little hot.

I love posing in the pumpkin and scarecrow props.

They had lots of games to play...I was really good at throwing the ball in the buckets.

Elijah was really good too.  He would get as close as possible and it would go in every time.

We got to go on a bouncy house.  It was a pirate boat with a slide.

Elijah was so happy to see a firetruck and to actually get to go in it.  He loves firetrucks..... almost as much as trains.

I tried out the oxygen mask and then Elijah had to have a turn too.

The train ride was so fun.

I had a horn and Elijah had a bell on his train.  Mommy loves how his little finger looks when he rings the bell....so cute!

We got balloons at one of the Romney booths.  Elijah didn't like it on his wrist so Mommy took it off and told him that if he lets go of it it would go bye-bye.

Mommy had to stop and take a picture of Elijah after his balloon went bye-bye.  He was so sad and all he kept saying was ...white balloon bye-bye.  We got to hear him talk about that balloon for the next couple of days....poor Elijah!

Soccer Season

Aunt April loves us lots and would bring popsicles to every game.

My favorite time to play was during the devotional time.  Everyone would go listen and scream and it was too loud for my ears.  I got to play and make goals all by myself.

Elijah liked the popsicles more than me.  It was great entertainment for him.

One man brought his dog every week and it would just sit and watch.  Elijah loved the dog.

Aunt Caroline, Uncle Carl, Carl, Chloe, Connor, and Cadie came to one of my games.  I was so glad that they came to see me.

Daddy's 35th Birthday

Daddy, as I call him..Uncle Steve, had his 35th birthday today!  Mommy got him his favorite dessert...cheesecake.

Dad shared cheesecake with everyone!  Dad looks a little crazy in this picture but everyone else is looking.

Everyone made cards for him.

I even spelled Daddy's name for him and Dad at the top.  Mommy only had to help me with the S.

The best part of Uncle Steve's birthday is that he gets to watch all four kids so the moms can go to a consignment sale.  We are so lucky to have such a fun dad and Mommy is so lucky to be married to him.
